1. Alteration Services

• Diagnostic Assessment: We may charge a fee to assess the required alterations and provide a detailed estimate.
• Fabric and Materials: We will use high-quality materials and threads suitable for your garment.
• Alteration Timeframe: We aim to complete alterations within 1 week, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing us with accurate information about the desired alterations.
• Garment Condition: You understand that we may not be able to alter severely damaged or fragile garments.
• Fittings: You may be required to attend fittings to ensure the alterations meet your expectations.

3. Liability

• Damage Limitations: We are not liable for minor imperfections that may occur during the alteration process, such as slight variations in stitching or minor fabric distortions.
• Fabric Specifics: We are not responsible for any damage to delicate or unusual fabrics that may occur during the alteration process, even if the alteration is performed with reasonable care.
• Loss or Damage: We are not liable for any loss or damage to your garments caused by events beyond our control, such as fire, flood, or theft.

4. Payment

• Payment Due: Payment for alterations is due upon collection of the altered garment.
• Late Payments: We may charge a late fee for any outstanding balances.

5. Delivery

• Delivery Service: We offer a drop off or postage service for your altered garments, postage at an additional cost.
• Item Drop off: We are not responsible for your items delivery to us, both postage and drop off are accepted.
• Delivery Risk: We are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the delivery process.

6. Data Privacy

• Data Protection: We will collect and use your personal information (e.g., name, contact details) solely for the purpose of providing our alteration services. We will comply with all applicable data protection laws.

7. General

• Legal Compliance: These Terms and Conditions comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through  negotiation or mediation.
